Neogeo pocket (Hardly any games + crap games in general)

Wonderswan (Hardly any games)

Atari lynx (some good games ... the rest crap)

Sega game gear (sucked up battery power very quickly.)

I really liked the game gear. It ate batteries like Sally Struthers eats pie, but I preferred the games much more than the Game Boy's stuff. Of course, I'm an old Sega man.

I do regret owning the Atari Lynx, (The only Atari console i've ever owned) and Sega Game Gear. At least i had a Game Boy, too. These days, i don't bother with hand held consoles.

Let's now add to the list the Nokia QD. When they made the first one, you had to dismantle it to change cartridges and yo looked like a dork talking on the phone part!

How about the Sega Nomad! It was a handheld that played Genesis games!

I'm surprised that noone mention game.COM. Wasn't it the first handheld system to use a touchscreen? Most of the games I saw for it were really watered down ports or a few novelitey games (Lights Out anyone?).
I actually liked emulating the Neo Geo Pocket Color, as there are a few good games for it. Actually I liked it to the point of ordering one off of Amazon.
Another one I remember was the TurboGrafix Express. Looked interesting...

The Turbo Express was sweet cause it was a Turbo-Graphix 16 in portable form. I always wanted one when I was a kid.

I had a Neo-Geo pocket (I bought it 2nd hand) and it came a few good games. Metal Slug, Sonic and King Of Fighters were fantastic. Sadly as the machine was on the wane getting new games for it was a bit of a challenge for me.
