It's hard to disclose the specs, cause most of you aren't tech saavy, and let's face it, I'm not either.

Let's just say this is faster, has more free space, RAM, USB ports. It's just a fuckin better machine.

The only thing I hate about a new machine is what to do with the old one.

I have about 4 years worth of stuff on there. Granted, about 70-80% of it can easily be transferred over. With a NEW PC, it makes more sense to upgrade some of the programs I have on (what is now called) the old PC.

This means bigger and better things for VMTV. Jason was the one who built this PC for me, decked out with a lot of cool stuff. He also added a ton and a half of PC games, ranging from Supreme Commander to Sim City to GTA IV.

God only knows if I'll get around to trying all of them. I'm curious if the PC versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Ghostbusters will run good on this new system (stupid question).

With a NEW PC to mess around with, will there be time for the October show? Of course. Before I got the new PC, it was about half-way done. Right now, it's just a matter of setting up some new software, trying out some new capture equipment (not exactly new, but it wouldn't work with the old PC), and transferring more files from the old drive. Actually, the first thing I installed was DVD Architect, the software I use to create the VMTV DVD's. I haven't given it a test drive on the new PC, but I'll get to it. I need to test out the new DVD burner.

So when that next episode of VMTV comes out, y'all thank Jason for hookin us up, dawg. (what the hell did I just say?)

Nah, I'm still trying to get TV out to work properly. I can get only some videos to play on my TV. I'm still trying to figure it out.

Jay will have a look at it soon. Just think of all the PC games I can review then.

Yay for PC reviews! Good luck getting it to work. I know that's a pain.
