US snubs film on theory of evolutionhttp://www.smh.com.au/world/us-sn...y-of-evolution-20090912-flkx.htmlSo if i understand this correctly a movie that has Jesus getting the crap beaten out of him, is okay and people love it. But a movie that shows one of Biology´s properly greatest contributors Charles fucking Darwin the man who first came public with the scientific Theory of natural selection, a theory that has GREATLY beneficent to modern day life, is far to controversial to be shown on American cinema´s??. Now as i live in Denmark and not America i can pretty much say so fucking what, but still i find the entire idea of such a movie not being showed, because it might offend some Christian EXTREMISTS is completely RIDICULES in my opinion. |

I agree.
Many religious folk are just too afraid. Besides living in fear of the man who supposedly created the heavens, the Earth, and Lindsay Lohan, religious people are afraid of the truth. That's why no one ever questions religion. If it's in print, it must be true. Ask anyone who reads the National Enquirer. |

There's a big problem in the US with people who believe that the only "real" Americans are white Christians. And therefore everyone else is an enemy of the American way of life.
