Tomorrow is VMTV day! Feb 19, 2009

Man, can't believe it's 14 years tomorrow. I know I probably said this crap last year. I'll probably say it again in 2010. 15 years, then. I never went with anything this long; Comic strips, movies. I've done a lot, but never any project, or hobby for this long.

I'm very happy that now after all these years I have an audience who appreciates my work, and the work everyone else does on the show.

This was just a crappy idea I had in 1992, during Gamepro TV's run, and I was basically copying the format, and all that. During the run of the old series, I just had a bunch of friends, or friends of friends just come over, read some lines, and go home. No collaboration, exchange of ideas. No one came over for a writing session. I did all the writing back then.

I will admit, many times Jason threw ideas for scenes my way, and I shot them all down, thinking it wouldn't work, or people wouldn't find it funny. Now we're all free to do whatever we want. Everyone here does their own writing (which saves me a crapload of time).

And this is only the beginning. In the coming months, expect some new faces. Now don't worry, no one is replacing anyone here. If anything, the more people we can get on the show, the better the chances are of us going back to a monthly format, which I'm really striving for, but it's not easy for all of us to crap out content every month. That's why we cut back. If we get more people on board, we'll definitely go back to doing the show monthly.

Not that tomorrow the 19th is a legal holiday, but how would you celebrate our 14th anniversary?

For starters, I really want to convert all 3 seasons to mp4 format so you can throw them on your I-Pod, or PSP (now that I have a PSP myself, I really want to do this). Hopefully, it won't screw with the websites bandwidth or anything. But it's not like thousands of people visit the site a day, or even a month or year, hehe.

Thanks to all who supported VMTV since the beginning. To the newcomers, the best is yet to come. We're bringing in new faces, and I hope you'll welcome them as you've welcomed all of us.

The present is the show will get released on time, and will be marked down to half price, from free. So that's some deal.
