Superman ReturnsThanks to Gamefly's 10 day free trial, I was able to get my hands on Superman Returns for X-Box.
This may be a review in a future show, we'll see what happens and how far I can get. So far, I'm partly into it, but I'm turned off to the fact that the only thing I've done so far is put out fires, and battle robots. LOTS OF ROBOTS!!! Honestly, robots are the only thing that can hurt Superman. If you had a game where he had to stop small time crooks from knocking over banks, the game wouldn't be as exciting.
Here's hoping there's more to the game than just punching robots square in the face.

Didn't know you had an xbox. Me too. Think it's a good system, no mather what shane thinks of it.  The fact that it doesn't need a f-ing memorycard is a big plus in my book. The ps2 is good too though.

Superman returns is an OK game.But i found it abit repetitive.
As for the movie....he should have stayed gone and never returned.
Maybe i was poilt by the Chris Reeves films.But i thought the new film was missing alot of the magic of the original movies.
And sadly i have come to realise that the magic that's missing is Chris Reeves himself.In my opinion Chris Reeves will only and always be the true Superman.
I just kept wishing he was in the film all the time i was watching it.Even though Brandon Routh looks alot like Chris and even sounds abit like him.It just wasn't enough to make me enjoy the film.Oh well i guess i will be going back to my Superman box set.And re-visiting the classics Superman 1,2 , hmmm maybe 3,I might give 4 a miss.

I couldn't stomache the movie so I don't think I'll every try the game.

I'll never understand who the first person was to make the mistake of saying "Reeves" when it's Reeve. Christopher Reeve. I think it just spread like a virus. To set the record straight, a Reeves did play Superman, but it was George Reeves in the 1950's TV Superman.
I'm not attacking you guys, or showing off. It bugs me when this mistake, as common as it is these days, is made.
Incidentally, didn't care much for the movie, and I played the game. As great as it is to free fly, and it actually looking decent, I hate the missions with a passion.

I thought it was reeves...oh well .Either way he is the REAL Superman.
I remember back in the late 70's or it could have been the early 80's seeing a spiderman movie at the cinema.
Anybody know full name of it?...or was it just called spiderman.
John i think it might be in your intro for Video Masters.
