Forgive me if I've missed this info elsewhere on the forum, but I'll ask anyway:
What format/quality do you require submissions to be in?
John Gibson
If you mean video format, the first choice would be high quality AVI, WMV or MPG.
I could convert some files, but it hardly ever comes out the same way.

Wow, that's service - on a Sunday!
I was going to use Cam Studio, (http://camstudio.org/), for a PC game piece. It does .avi, (wish it did .mpg), and it's supposed to do .swf but I couldn't get that to work. But I'm impressed by the .avi quality it outputs. What are you using to edit the show with?
Do you have any min/max time limits?
Also, do you have any recommendations for cheap/free/open source video editing software?
Also Also, would you happen to have a link to that Ghostbusters Doom mod you did a review on a couple years ago? I think I found it, but I'm not sure if it's the same one, as there have been a few over the years - it's related to this project.
John Gibson
I edit the show with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, but some of us use whatever we have. The only program I strongly DO NOT recommend is Windows Movie Maker.
It's hard to find cheap or free video editing software. The ones that are free are demos where they are free to use for X number of days, but when you make a project, they'll stick their logo/website feces all over your completed video.
Time limits depends on what type of segment you're doing.
If it's a Game Review, Min:3-4 minutes, Max: 6-8 minutes.
What everyone has done so far is submit demos, not actual completed segments.
