Happened to me too.
I didn't realise I had so many dead BIOS batteries around here. I tried about 5 before I got one that worked.

Didn't get to try out all the games yet, but so far, Daytona USA doesn't work.
Yesterday, I got Trevor McFur and Kasumi Ninja for Jaguar, but didn't get the Jaguar system yet. This is the only item on ebay that I wasn't notified of it being shipped out. I got another Jag game comin, plus Sonic for Dreamcast, Street Fighter: The movie for Saturn, and the Real 3DO with the 34 games.
I'm gonna be hella busy.
