Season 2 DVD progressI was really hoping to have the DVD released around Christmas, but with that virus corrupting a lot of my audio files, and having to move some of Season 1 and 2's files over to an external hard drive, this is going to take longer than expected..
I'd like to push for a February-June 2009 release. So far, I have one episode rendered and ready to be dropped into a DVD. That's another issue. How many discs are going to be used?
We're dealing with longer episodes, and I want the video quality to be clean, so instead of putting 5 episodes on 2 discs, I may have to put 2 or 3 on each. All this, plus whatever bonus materials I decide to put may end up being 4 discs, at most. This would mean a bit higher price, as I would have to order specially made DVD covers.
The 2 disc DVD of season 1 came to about $14.95, including shipping. Season 2 may be close to $20 +, if we go the route of 4 discs.
Very little progress is made as of now, which is why I'm not giving an official release date, or definite price.
Whatever happens, they'll be updates on this spot.
