Resident Evil 4 for the Wii.FREAKING AWESOME, folks. I have it courtesy from Gamefly. I'm on Chapter 2 so far, and yes, I did record some 17 minutes worth of footage for the show. Yes, Resident Evil 4 for the Wii will be reviewed in the October show. Spoiler! HAHA!
I don't think it'll matter how far I get in the game, as long as the review is good, but I got a whole month to get Episode 14 ready, so let's see how far I can get. I'm up to this giant Ogre Hulk...um..guy. The wolf comes to my aid, and I'm supposed to shoot him enough times so that I can aim at the parasite thingy on his back. I keep running out of fucking ammo, though.
Anyone else play this, yet? I'm new to the Resident Evil series.  Some Video Master I am, eh?

I've got the first 3 myself. The control schemes sucked for those.
I heard the control scheme is fixed for the Wii version. It'll be interesting to see your review.

I'm still getting the hang of the game. I may not get very far, which I've already stated, I've had a complaint once of only showing the first 5 minutes of a game, to which I thought "So what?", the game was reviewed. Who gives a shit how much you show, as long as people know what's going on?
Right now, I know what's going on. I'm only on Chapter 2-2. Dunno how many more levels there are, but the terrain looks the same, so it may not matter to most people where I am, or how far I got.
It's a really good game. I'm having fun!

I'm currently playing through this game myself, and having played the first three already, I can honestly say, it's like a different game altogether.
In a good way.
It's brilliant, and yes, the controls are much, much better.

I should have looked somewhere how many levels there are. I'm on 3-3 now, I think. It's a castle with this guy chained to the wall who has his......eh, no sense in spoiling it if you haven't played it

Good to hear good reviews from you guys about it since I bought it a couple weeks ago along with Metroid Prime 3. The selling point for me was all the reviews praising the controls. Apparently it's better than the Gamecube and PS2 versions and has all the extras that the PS2 version had, so it was hard to pass up. I haven't played it yet but I'm sure it'll be good times when I do.

I'll have to play RE4 with the Gamecube controller soon. Apparently, I read you can play with that, so I'll try it maybe today, and see what happens.

If you have a Wii Classic Controller you can use that too.
