I actually managed to get through most of this keeping the raving and cursing to a minimum.

No, I'm not mellowing out, I was keeping it bottled up for the end.

This game is AWESOME for it's time

But it has the most annoying feature ever put into an NES game, ever.

I've only noticed now that the beginning of the game where I talk about the story and intro is missing. No clue how that happened, sorry guys.

Dude, that was keeping the cursing to a "minimum"? LOL!

Never played Star Tropics. If I remember correctly, it came out late in the NES's life cycle. By then I was rockin the Genesis.

You're thinking Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics II which came out when the snes and genesis were already around.
