I'm not sure if this is true. I've found the listing on IMDB but I haven't heard of it anywhere else.
I know some of you will be skeptical but I have faith.
The reason I have faith is that unlike alot of these needless sequels, this one is being helmed by Sylvestor Stallone, who is actually a really good screenwriter (much better than people give him credit for) and genuinely cares about his characters.
When they announced 'Rocky Balboa' and 'Rambo', I thought it was a bad idea to return to these characters. I was proven to be completely wrong. I honestly believe that 'Rocky Balboa' is one of the best Rocky movies (second only to the first one) and among my favourite movies of all time.
Not only this, but he's also grown as an actor over the decades. He did a good job in 'First Blood' but it was only in the recent 'Rambo' that he truly grew into the character that he could truly carry the weight of this tortured soul. It makes more sense for Rambo to be a haunted older man than a young buck. It also makes the character that much scarier, like he could be your uncle or something.
Stallone definitely has the talent to pull it off. as both a writer and an actor. He's still built enough to be believable - perhaps a 60 year old boxer is a stretch but a 60 year old war vet is believable - where he relies more on training than strength.
This differentiates it from other late sequels, like the godawful 'Indiana Jones and the Saucer Men from Mars', which starred a very frail Harrison Ford.
Also this isn't being interfered with by someone like George Lucas.

I don't know. Stallone already brought closure to both of his iconic movie franchises. Why resurrect them again?

There was no real finality to Rambo. Sure he went back home at the end but that doesn't really mean an end to the story - just a change to his situation.
Remember the first film took place wholly in America and dealt mostly with his inability to fit back in after the war. I think he's wisened up a bit now but there will still be other difficulties in reassimilating into America.
There are also rumours he'll go to Mexico after some cult.
Rocky is definitely done though. That last film was all about Rocky clearing his unfinished business - getting through one last fight. I doubt there'll ever be another one.

I disagree about your comment about Harrison Ford in the latest indy movie.
Sure the plot was lame and the whole alien thing got WAY out of hand (especially because we know that the whole crystal skull thing is bogus), Yet i would say that you canīt put a finger on Harrison Fords acting.
He didnīt run around acting like he was 20 or something, he actually pulled it off like a man in his 60s that is in great physical shape (his age taken into account).
As for Sylvester well he pulled it of whit the latest Rambo so he might be able to do it again who knows.
I would give him (unlike many of the others) the benefit of the doubt.

Harrison Ford is an excellent actor. I don't mean to insult him on that front.
But I do think his age was wrongfully ignored for that film.
The action was mostly fine. Some of it was a bit forced, but no more so than the other Indiana Jones movies.
But other things seemed out of place - even the costume to a certain extent. The trousers didn't even seem to fit properly (too baggy) and made him seem a lot older than he was. It was clear that they forced the costume into the film (they had to - it's Indiana Jones) when in reality, as people age, they generally change their clothes accordingly (not necessarily their style though).
Also, with the Rocky and Rambo movies, Stallone's age was a part of the story. Besides a few throw-away lines, Indiana Jones tried to pretend that he hadn't aged at all (mentally).
Like I say, Ford did an excellent job is a great actor. But the poor writing that broke the rest of the film also affected the character of Indiana Jones - instead of using Ford's age to add weight and authority to the character, they just ignored it.
Everything he does in the film is possible for a man of that age.
But the problem (it's a script-problem) is that the character hasn't grown or aged in any other way - he's physically aged but they didn't even try to develope the character much more than that. Keeping his mentality the same draws attention to his physical aging.
