Matt Rau hears from the Retro Gaming Expo in Portland

Last night, Matt gets an email from someone at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo, asking him to do some interviews at the next show in August, in exchange for free admission for him and an extra person or two, and possibly a vendor table (though I think he will be sharing the table with Recycled Gamer, who was interviewed last year).

I believe this is Matt's first VMTV email, and I'm thrilled and excited about this, cause of the cross promotion here, and the chance to interact with some retro gaming folks.

Chances are these interviews will be aired in September. More updates as they happen.

Hey all! I know I'm like a ghost pirate here: I don't shoot often, but when I do.... um..., I post something. like this reply to John! [ok, that was not at all funny]

I'm not sure how much John will want to divulge but I guess I will just tell you that I went on a most amazing adventure, and I had my camera with me! And I hope to be doing more of it soon!

... take it away, John! [that means, spill your effin guts in the next post!]

I'm spilling.

Matt's also going to the San Diego Comic Con.

So far, we've got Andre "Black Nerd" Meadows attending, and Rocco from Mega 64. I want to get them both on the show somehow.

There are also some celebrities, but I think we have a much better chance of getting the internet celebs than the movie and TV variety.

Awesome! That's the Super Bowl of comic cons.

There's so many people that are going. This is going to be fuckin sweet.

Now the only problem with getting all these segments is when do I air them?

Right now, I got enough for a 26 minute show, at least. This is not including anything filmed or recorded by me, or Matthew or Bree. Speaking of which, let me know what you guys got lined up.
