Episode 13 may start differently this month. I'm not saying any more about that. somehow, I'll find a way to squeeze a bitch or two in the show.....

not sure. I thought I could deal with release dates, but I had the first show of Season 2 ready for quite a number of days before the release date. I think we'll just stick with "when it gets done", which is towards the end of the month, as usual. Can't give an exact day. |

More of my thoughts:
I think these movie studios just don't get it. They don't get why we buy older/retro releases instead of the newer fancier sh*t. They don't get why movie ticket sales have gone down the crapper in the last few years, and they don't get it, period. I feel like studios that treat their older material poorly (Universal, I am looking STRAIGHT at you) are really not getting it. Studios (like WB) that treat their older material with such amazing care and respect (apparently, not the Family Division of WB) will ALWAYS win out in the end. And to that end, I'm considering purchasing something I've criticized to hell and back just to see if they actually are doing it right: DuckTales. Yep, I'm buying DuckTales Volume 3 when it comes out. I just want to see why everybody and their sister buys these DVDs with ZERO bonus features WHATSOEVER. Maybe it's just me, but bonus features are very lacking in some of these older releases. BJ |
