HELP!!!!I just bought Max Payne cause it was cheap real cheap then i did something stupid I tried to play it without the disk and you know what that means my pc won't allow the game to play do you know how to override this

Ok, you're asking to play a PC game without the CD itself, basically? In some cases, even if you copied all the information off the CD onto your hard drive, it might not be enough.
Unless you mean that it won't let you play the game at all, then that's a different matter.
Please clarify.

The game has a safecd which if you accidentally double click the icon without the disk in then it won't let you play even if the disk is in afterwords
