I've heard this game get lots of flack, mainly because of how different it is from Castlevania I and III, but also because of its difficulty (lots of people don't like how vague the game is when it comes to finding secrets to advance). Now, I've never had a problem with any of this, and I rather like the adventure aspect of the game as opposed to the linear gameplay of I and III. But maybe I'm a little biased since CVII was the first Castlevania game I ever played. I would only later play I and II (both of which I enjoyed). But Castlevania II has always been my favorite of the CV games on the NES.
I just wanted to know what you guys thought of this game. Keep it? Try it? Toss it?

So many people would say the game sucks because Dracula is insanely easy at the end. The Angry VG Nerd hated it because the day to night transitions took place every 5 minutes. There are a few different endings depending on how long it takes you to complete the game.
I'd give it a "Try It".
Does anyone think we should review this sometime? I'm wondering if I should move this thread into the "Reviews" section, or someone can make their own thread, and tell us why this game would make a good or bad review. Yeah!! Forgot to mention, when you're thinking of review idea submissions, the games can be either good or bad. If you've seen past shows, you know I like to rip into the bad ones. The REALLLLLY bad ones!
