Bad Influence - Early 90's British Gaming Review ShowFound a website (fansite) for the British gaming show "Bad Influence":http://www.bad-influence.co.uk/ They've got download links for a couple of episodes there. You can get every episode (as well as a couple of other shows - "Head to Head", "Gamesmaster Live" etc.) - from the Gamesmaster Live Forums: http://www.gamesmasterlive.co.uk/forum/ The show was kind of aimed at children but they don't really talk down to you or anything. It was on before we had the internet so it was the only place to see footage or news on upcoming games etc. (I did buy the official Nintendo Magazine but that was pure propaganda.) I only really have vague memories of watching this show but I do remember it was the first time I ever saw footoage of Mario on the "Ultra 64" and it was the first place I heard of the BARRAL cheat for Donkey Kong Country. I know most of you won't care about this but I think there are a couple of posters from Europe who might remember seeing this stuff. |
