I don't want a phone. I do want an MP3/Video/Web browswer all in one however. Apple finally got smart and is putting out the iPod Touch. Same thing as an iPhone but without the phone.
My anger and hatred of Apple has reached new heights. The iPod Touch will come with two space options, 8GB or 16GB. 8GB or 16GB?!?!? That's less than my god damned thumb drive!
This damn thing is going to cost 300+ bucks and I can't put more than 2 movies on the thing.
WTF is Apple thinking?! This is their new premier thing and it's space limitations, make it USELESS.
The good news is iPod Classic's are up to 160GB which now makes me want to get one of those. I'll miss out on the internet and touch screen but at least I won't be screwed when it comes to putting on music AND movies AND tv shows AND podcasts AND anything else I damn well please.

You've got a 16GB + thumb drive? I didn't think they made those!
I've got a 2GB thumb drive. The iPod Touch and the iPod Nano are both larger in capacity than MY thumb drive.
Maybe it's just me, but I just cannot see why I need a 160GB iPod Classic. Yeah, that's a lot of storage space, but why would I need 160GBs unless I used half of it to back up my MacBook's hard drive and then did a clean installation?
Explain that one to me, plz.

Their are larger flash drives in testing and not on the market true. 16gig is the max in stores right now.
The iPod Touch uses Flash storage like a thumb drive but the iPod Classic uses the 1.8" hard drive. They need to put that in the iPod Touch!!!!
I want all my cd's on my iPod, quite a few movies, and a few seasons of some tv shows at least. This would take up much more than 16gig of space. I want to use all the functions of the iPod, as it's no longer just for music.
