I love the orchestrated rendition of Kid Icarus theme song at 21:51! Where you get that?
That game gave me and my brother so much pain and anguish! We finally got to the end, though, and loved it.
I have a small story about Kid Icarus and the power of Smell and Memory;
When I was having a darn difficult time at the fortress where the Eggplant Throwing Minions are I was in the middle of a huge crush on a girl at school. She would lend me some book or folder (or something from her desk) and it had a strong afterglow of her perfume on it. This would get on my hands, and then on the controller... you see where this is going? (NO! I didn't fall in love with my NES Controller you geeks!!!) What happened, though, was that EVERY TIME I smell the same perfume she wore I get this immense emotional feeling for the EGGPLANT THROWERS from Kid Icarus!!!!!!!!!!!! It's more of a longing to play the game, NOTHING MORE!
Anyway, just thought I'd share that, since hearing the music on the show brought a bit of the emotion to the front of my thoughts.
