Well I don´t se how small 2 hours is gone be anywhere near enough to get all the important stuff from the book in the movie, when the four hour long miniseries wasn´t enough to do it either.

For crying out loud we are talking about a 3 volume long book, i would say that it has the same length as Lord of the Rings does.

And if they couldn´t get all of that into just one movie, what makes you think that they can do it with IT.
