Smile Do you remember a anime from the 80's called Starblazers. Has it ever come out on DVD?

Lots of shows started with "Star" back then, but since it's Anime, doesn't ring a bell. So I couldn't tell you its DVD status, if any.

I get my DVD info about TV shows at

www.tvshowsondvd.com. They usually keep a pretty good up-to-date list.

I'II get back to you on that , Got to dig up my stuff. On another  there was a Superman series in the 60's voiced by the actor who did the radio series. Also I remember watching the Superman (with George Reeves) at 4 p.m. on The Commander Tom on Channel 7 (WKBW Buffalo N.Y.) I mean't when I said I am 51. Personally I think show is one of the best. You talk to us & not down at us. More like to people sitting in their living-room. Also your not afraid to voice your opinions. For me thats very important. G.

Very Happy Here's what I found so far. Star Blazers ran from 1974-1980. (Space Battleship Yamato in Japan} when it debubbed in the USA in 1979 it was then called Star Blazers. I'II have about it later.  G.

Hmm, most old shows didn't run for quite so long. Interesting.

If there's someone who has a torrent, I can take a look at it, even though I have enough stuff to look at that I HAVEN'T! LOL

Very Happy Yes that is the series I remember. Also there was a Batman & Robin series with the voices of Adam West (The mayor on Family Guy) & Burt Ward, also a Justice League & Aquaman series.  They were pretty good for their time. Accept the Batman series. G.

That show aired on CBS in the late 70's, and featured Bat-Mite in the cast.

Shocked John I got sidetracked. Offical site www.starblazers.com. Write up cast story line at Wikipedia the free encyclopedia. And I found some old episodes on Youtube. Now have heard of a series called Prisoners Of Gravity? Put out by TV Ontario in 1992. G.

Very Happy Howard The Duck was a comic book put out by Marvel late 70's early 80's I think. There was a movie with the girl from Caroline In The City. Who did the voice of Howard The Duck? And does anyone remember Spider-ham & Peter Porker?  G.
