I just got the animated 1986 movie of Transformers. I didn't realize how many well known actors are in there, from Robert "Unsolved Mysteries" Stack, to John "The Micro Machines guy" Moschitto. It's actually a cool movie. I'm trying to get my hands on the new movie, even though I don't really want to see it, I want to at least make a fair judgement of the movie. _________________ John R. if you want my opinion of the new movie either download it or wait for it to be on DVD it is not worth the money to a cinema ticket not by a long shot.
LOL, I hear that a lot, but Jason, my cousin swears it's the bees knees, so I intend to challenge that. _________________ John R. Gibson

I got family telling me the new film is awesome, mind you my sister has never EVER seen the original cartoon (we grew up on He-Man, She-Ra and Thundercats, period. No GI JOE, Go-Bots, or Transformers).
Now that the new movie is out on DVD, it'll be easier to grab a clean copy from the internet. I already have the animated movie from 1986, so that's definitely a future review.
A few months from now, what I might do is make a poll, or let someone else here make one at their leisure, of which Transformers movie you'd like to see reviewed. _________________ John R. Gibson

I wouldn't mind seeing you review the Michael Bay version, actually.
Your word may be the deciding factor. (Of giving it a chance, that is. As it stands, I'll pass on seeing it. ) _________________ Bela Lugosi is my homeboy.
Well John, everyone's done a review of the recent one, so I'd have to vote for you to do the 1986 animated version. I saw it when I was a kid but I don't remember much. I agree about Michael Bay. That punk still owes me 7 bucks for Pearl Harbor. PLUS pain and suffering! _________________ "One of God's own prototypes. I'm watching the 2007 film. I'm 27 minutes in. Haven't heard a damn transformer talk yet.
