I might be able to do some of the Peanuts specials in Grumble & Glorify. Give me a few days to see if my computer wants to come back up.

I know it would suck, but I'm not wanting to do the "mainstream holiday specials" at the moment. I'm going to have to go back and dig out my old tapes and transfer them all over, and then watch them again...

But I might have something in the works for the January show...I know it ain't spring in January, but you gotta think warm thoughts, right? Wink

I'm thinking about doing the Arbor Day special (which is the last one Vince Guaraldi ever scored, so I feel, as a Guaraldi fan, that this is appropriate as a starting point).

I think it would be more fun to review some of the more obscure 'Peanuts' specials that you don't see as much as say 'The Great Pumpkin', or 'A Charlie Brown Christmas'. One special i had in mind was 'It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown'. This one was clearly a product of it's time, and a misguided attempt to cash in on the success of 'Flashdance'. (What you'd pretty much expect from the 80's) Just the sheer notoriety of this episode alone is enough to provide some good laughs. Definitely worth reviewing.
