PUNISHER!!! No surprise there. Frank Castle and I go all the way back to the first mini-series in the mid 80's. I think the world needs a Punisher.
Also, growing up I read:
Daredevil
The Nam
Uncanny X-men
Amazing Spiderman
Spectacular Spiderman
Spawn
But none is closer to my heart than the man with the firepower. Total man-crush. Love ya, Frank!!! _________________ "One of God's own prototypes. Too weird to live, too rare to die." --Hunter S Thompson Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

I haven't kept up with comics for the last year or two. If I leave it much longer, it will be hard to catch up.
I do like:
Anything by Ed Brubaker (Daredevil, Captain America, Iron Fist, Criminal etc.)
60's / 70's Spider-man - Original Green Goblin Stuff, The Death of Gwen Stacy etc.
Iron Man (The Armor Wars, Demon in a Bottle)
The Irredeemable Ant-Man
The Walking Dead
Stray Toasters
I used to read The Avengers but it wasn't too good after Civil War.
X-men (80's / 90's Chris Claremont stuff - I haven't read a lot yet)
Wolverine (again I haven't read a lot but I do like all of the Madripoor 'Patch' stuff)
Punisher (I read War Journal for a while and the MAX series is good too).
The Mighty Thor (Classic Walt Simonson stuff but I read some of Stracysnki's stuff, after he came back after Ragnorok and it's really good - definitely want to catch up soon).
Annihilation (The only big Marvel Event I've really cared for)
Actually there is one great Punisher issue (I think it's War Journal). It's the funeral of Stilt-Man. It's one of the best comics I've read - it really shows how outdated and harmless the classic villains were (they were only doing it for fun or because they were bored). A great one-shot issue.
Mostly a Marvel man too. Love Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-man (when he's good), Thor and the Silver Surfer. But I do read non-superhero stuff too - pretty much open to anything. _________________ http://www.what-song.net http://www.rogershanks.com
Am i the only one who grew up reading The Katzenjammer Kids?
Well grew grew might be little to much i didnīt read/got read by my mother and grandmother before the age of five (i had meningitis, fortunately it didnīt get serious as my father had pumped me full of penicillin) i got a strip read from a magazine and was instantly sold, so both my mother and grandmother had to run out to all kinds of comic stores to get a hold of the old comics when they where still printed (fortunately for me they have begun to so again ).
