Even AVGN can't stand it.

I rented it once as a kid. The only way I was able to play the Hyde levels was a tip featured in a Nintendo Power book called "Pak Watch".

Pressing Up and Select fires your Psychoblast. I guess they felt the need to give Mr. Hyde some powers that were never talked about in the book by R.L Stevenson, or any of the movies featuring the Hyde character.

Of course, I've been wrong before.
